Job Description:

We are hiring experienced, confident, and persuasive outbound call center representatives to set qualified solar appointments using company-provided leads and scripts. Your role is to engage prospects over the phone, build trust and rapport quickly, qualify their interest, and secure solid appointments for our solar partners.

If you are articulate, driven, and have a proven ability to control conversations and guide prospects to action, this is a high-income opportunity with flexible remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to pre-qualified solar leads using AI dialer and CRM tools.

Use strong phone communication and persuasion skills to engage prospects quickly, control conversations, and drive action.

Follow company-provided scripts to educate prospects, qualify them, and set high-quality appointments for solar consultations.

Nurture prospects daily through calls, texts, and emails to build relationships and keep leads engaged.

Handle objections professionally and address prospect concerns with confidence and clarity.

Accurately log all call activity, notes, and outcomes in the CRM.

Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets for appointments set.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of outbound call center, appointment setting, or sales experience. Solar industry or sales experience is a plus.

Exceptional phone communication skills, articulate, clear, and able to build rapport and trust quickly.

Excellent listening, objection-handling, and conversational control abilities. Must be able to keep conversations focused on the goal of booking an appointment.

Comfortable with rejection and persistent follow-up, maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

Tech-savvy, able to confidently use CRMs, AI dialers, and communication tools.

Highly organized, self-motivated, and disciplined. Capable of working independently and managing daily tasks from home.

Reliable high-speed internet (100 Mbps or higher) and a quiet, private home workspace free of distractions.

Availability to work during prime calling hours (9 AM - 1PM and/or 2PM - 6 PM in assigned time zone) to ensure maximum prospect engagement.

Compensation & Earnings Potential:

$40 guaranteed per qualified appointment set

$140 additional commission for each deal closed by the sales team

Average weekly pay ranges from $900 to $2,100+ based on performance

Uncapped commissions — the more appointments you set, the more you earn!

Biweekly pay via direct deposit

Bonuses for hitting/exceeding weekly goals
